A tablecloth can create any mood for a kitchen. Choose from themes such as: Southwestern, cafe, country-western, seasonal, floral or garden. Most cloths are available in the following materials:

• Cotton
• Poly-blend cotton
• Linen
• Vinyl

Finding the right table cloth will depend largely on the shape of your table and your budget. Tablecloths can be a variety of shapes to fit your tabletop, such as:

• Oval
• Round
• Rectangle/oblong
• Square

A tablecloth "drop" (the amount the cloth hangs over one edge of the table) should be 8" to 12". If adding a tabletop runner, remember the runner should only hang as long as the cloth. Always add 16" to 20" to the size of your tabletop when choosing a cloth. Tablecloths usually start at 52" x 52" and run to as much as 60" x 144" for oblong tables or 90" in diameter for round tables.
