Occasional furniture can include end tables, coffee tables, nightstands, chests, chairs and more. These pieces are usually smaller and can be used upon occasion in various locations of the home. For example, an ottoman might not always be used and does not have to be coupled with only one certain chair; it can be relocated to pair with a different chair and still function.
