With the price of energy rising, fans are quickly replacing air conditioning as an inexpensive (and environmentally-conscious) cooling-alternative. Many kitchens benefit from a fan/light combo. Most fans also utilize Energy Star, the government label that alerts customers of energy-saving products.
The summer heat is very oppressing, and it's very tempting to crank that AC. Air conditioning, however, utiilzes large amounts of energy and produces carbon exhaust. We recommend using fans to keep the heat off your pocket-book this summer.
